The entire platform runs in the web browser (PC, Mac, iPhone/iPad, Android) no downloads, or add-on are necessary. Once the product is configured, we receive the source code, and can choose to continue engaging with us through one of 3 support plans, or continue and maintain the product internally or through another partner. Our goal is to get traction for the product in many different industries. We believe that most implementations will require no more than 6 weeks in total (depending on client availability of course), and while we have a reliable source of talented developers to continue and support the product long-term, we are not mandating a long term relationship as a condition of engagement.
