The new intranet, eClinical Connect, is built natively in Microsoft 365 and enhanced with a leading solution from Microsoft partner Dalikoo, called My Links. Strategy, design, configuration, integration, and ongoing support was provided by sister company and Microsoft partner Velaku. eClinical Connect coupled with Dalikoo’s My Links app and user-centric design by Velaku have improved productivity, collaboration, visibility, and engagement across eClinical Solutions’ 400+ employees in North America, Europe, and India.

To help with organizing links to all the information online, eClinical Solutions procured and deployed My Links from Dalikoo via Microsoft AppSource. Dalikoo, a Microsoft partner based in Ontario, Canada, creates high-impact business applications that run on Microsoft 365 and are simple to use. Dalikoo also offers consulting services for general cloud adoption and customization. Its My Links app serves as a central link repository that’s available through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Links can point to locations in Microsoft 365 and to any external website. In addition to the centralized links provided by the company, users can add and manage their own links through an intuitive interface. After adding My Links to a SharePoint page, users can install the My Links web part in another location and all the original links will be available at the new location. My Links can be installed in multiple SharePoint locations, always providing quick access to the original links list.A new intranet that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365 apps
The new intranet, called eClinical Connect, was built natively on Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Stream, and Viva. It provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface, making it easy for eClinical Solutions staff around the world to adopt and use the solution with no end-user training. The new intranet also integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as Outlook, OneDrive, Power BI, and Power Automate. With the new eClinical Connect intranet and My Links plug-in, eClinical Solutions has realized significant benefits such as:- Enhanced collaboration and employee communication: eClinical Solutions’ global employee population works together on projects using Teams and SharePoint. Employees can also communicate and collaborate with colleagues via email or chat using Outlook or Teams. In the 18 months since launch, the company has grown to about 500 employees. One year after the launch of the intranet, more than half of employees — 53 percent — use the intranet daily.
- Increased visibility and engagement: eClinical Connect drives user engagement via polls, surveys, quizzes, forums, blogs, and collaboration features configured within Microsoft 365. Users spend an average of three-and-a-half minutes per day on the eClinical Connect intranet home page. Company news stories average 60 unique page views per story (13 percent of all employees).
- Improved productivity and efficiency: eClinical Connect content owners can easily access and update intranet content anytime and anywhere using any device. They can also automate workflows and notifications using Power Automate.
- Reduced costs and risks: eClinical Solutions employees can store all their documents securely in the cloud using SharePoint. They can also back up their data automatically using OneDrive.
